Temperature control methods of glass greenhouses
The temperature control methods of glass greenhouses mainly include three aspects: insulation, heating and cooling
01
Insulation measures:
Reduce the heat dissipation area: By appropriately lowering the height of the glass greenhouse and reducing the surface area of the enclosure structure, it is beneficial to heat preservation.
Multi-layer covering: The insulation effect of multi-layer covering is significantly better than single-layer covering, such as the "three sheds and five curtains" multiple covering insulation method.
Covering material selection: Choose covering materials with good light transmittance to solar radiation during the day and strong barrier to long-wave radiation at night.
Other insulation methods: For example, building a semi-underground glass greenhouse to reduce the heat dissipation area of protective facilities at night; setting a cold-proof ditch at the bottom of the front of the greenhouse to reduce lateral heat conduction losses, etc.
02
Heating measures:
Coal-fired heating furnace: Use coal fire for heating.
Boiler hot water: Use boiler water for heating or geothermal water for heating.
Other heating methods: such as hot air heating, electric heating, radiant heating, etc. Hot water heating has a stable effect but a large one-time investment, hot air heating has a small one-time investment but high operating costs, electric heating has high thermal efficiency but consumes a lot of electricity, and radiant heating consumes more gas and is only suitable for temporary auxiliary heating.
03
Cooling measures:
Natural ventilation: Through the windows and vents on the top or side of the greenhouse, use natural wind and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor to promote air circulation and take away heat.
Artificial cooling: When natural ventilation cannot meet the requirements, artificial cooling methods such as spray cooling and wet curtain-fan cooling are used.
Shading cooling: Reduce the solar radiation energy entering the greenhouse through shading methods. The glass greenhouse is equipped with two sets of curtain systems inside and outside, and the external shading and cooling effect is better than the internal shading.
In terms of cost, the temperature control cost of a glass greenhouse is affected by many factors:
Building area : The larger the area, the more materials and equipment are required, and the higher the cost.
Material quality : The use of high-quality glass, steel, aluminum and other materials will increase the cost.
Equipment configuration : Including ventilation system, shading system, heating system, irrigation system, automatic control system, etc. The more advanced the configuration and the more complete the function, the higher the cost.
Geographic location : There are differences in labor costs, material prices and transportation costs in different regions.
Design requirements : Complex design and special functional requirements will increase design and construction costs.
Construction difficulty : If the terrain is complex and the basic conditions are poor, the construction difficulty will increase and the cost will increase accordingly.
Supporting facilities : The construction of supporting facilities such as warehouses and office areas will also increase costs.
Technical level : The cost may be higher if advanced technology and processes are used.
Market conditions : Market price fluctuations of materials and equipment will affect costs.
