Soilless culture technology itself is an important part of horticultural facilities and agricultural industrialization. Nowadays, the focus of research on facility horticulture is how to improve the facility, standardization and intelligence level of soilless culture. In fact, if the soil is cultivated in a facility environment for more than three years, it means that continuous cropping obstacles or salinization of the soil will inevitably occur.
At the same time, the situation of crop diseases and insect pests is also showing an increasing trend. It can be seen that the application prospect of soilless culture is very broad. Not only that, in the process of soilless cultivation, it is usually through the use of artificially prepared culture fluid to fully meet the needs of mineral nutrients for plants. In addition, the ratio and formula of the nutrient solution and the regulation of its pH are the key to soilless cultivation, and it can also be recycled. Generally speaking, plants selectively absorb the ions contained in the prepared culture solution. Once the concentration of certain ions decreases quickly, it will cause the ratio and pH of each element to change accordingly, and it will gradually become unsuitable for the needs of the plant itself. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement the insufficient concentration of elements and adjust the pH value of the culture medium at regular intervals. The so-called "hydroponics" essentially means that the roots of vegetables that need to be planted are directly contacted with nutrient soup to absorb the nutrients needed for their own development. At present, the hydroponics modes that are used more frequently in real life mainly include deep flow hydroponics, pipeline hydroponics, and so on.
At present, the hydroponic mode is also faced with the non-standard design and the lack of strict disinfection and sterilization, so that the nutrient solution is often contaminated or rotted due to lack of oxygen, causing bacteria to grow.
Ventilation system of glass greenhouse
First of all, the main purpose of the glass greenhouse ventilation is to remove the residual heat and moisture remaining in the greenhouse as quickly and completely as possible, eliminate harmful gases in the greenhouse, appropriately adjust the material composition in the air, and promote the survival of the temperature, humidity and air in the greenhouse. The conditions are suitable for the requirements of plant growth. Secondly, in most cases, glass greenhouses rely on natural ventilation to adjust the indoor environment. For general large glass greenhouses, most of them have ventilation windows on the side walls and roof ridges to achieve the effect of ventilation. Although most of the time the glass greenhouse relies on natural ventilation measures to adjust the environment, but if it encounters the high temperature in summer, especially when the outdoor temperature has exceeded 33 ℃, it is difficult to meet the cooling requirements of the greenhouse by natural ventilation alone. Faced with this situation, the most commonly used method is to cool down through forced ventilation and other related measures. The principle of forced ventilation is to use fans to correctly convert electrical energy or other mechanical energy directly into wind energy, so as to strengthen the air flow to help the greenhouse ventilation to achieve a significant effect of cooling.
