High light transmittance in greenhouse-how to make diffuse reflective glass

Greenhouse high transmittance glass refers to diffuse reflection glass. Diffuse reflective glass belongs to the fifth generation of greenhouse top covering materials used in greenhouses. Its light transmittancis as high as 97.5%. It is the type of glass with the highest light transmittance currently used in glass greenhouses.

The best high-transmittance glass for greenhouses at present is diffuse reflection glass. Diffuse reflection glass is also called anti-reflection glass. Compared with the standard scattering glass project for greenhouses, diffuse reflection glass has a more stringent production process.

First of all, our raw materials must be high-quality quartz sand, and the iron content of quartz sand is strictly controlled. In this way, the light transmittance of the original ultra-white glass will be no less than 91%-92%, and subsequent processing products can be guaranteed.

Original film production process: Mixing->Melting->Calendering and printing->Air-cooling forming->Cutting; now the production steps of the diffuse reflective glass original film are over.

Then there is the tempering process of the greenhouse's high-transmittance and diffuse-reflection glass. The diffuse reflection glass tempering process must ensure several points.

First: The self-inflicted violence rate is guaranteed to be two per thousand

Second: The number of particles in the 50x50mm area after self-destruction must be ≥ 60 pieces

Third: A 1040g steel ball dropped from a height of 1m and impacted 6 pieces of glass without breaking.

Fourth: 300mm, 700mm and 1200mm shot bag impact samples were not broken

Fifth: 300x300mm glass is kept at 200°C for 4 hours, then immediately placed in ice water at 0°C without breaking for 5 minutes.

The high-quality tempered properties of high-transmittance and diffuse-reflection glass can ensure the safety of greenhouse construction and planting.

Tempered production process: edge grinding -> cleaning and blow-drying -> tempering -> tempered scattering sheet (greenhouse high-transmittance scattering glass)

The final process is the coating process. The coating process. The high-transmittance and diffuse-reflection glass currently used in greenhouses has a total of two processes, one is the etching process and the other is the roller coating process.

The main difference between the roller coating method and the etching method is that the coating layer and the glass are not integrated. The coating layer of the etching process is the body of the glass, so if the glass is not damaged, the coating layer will not be damaged, the service life will be the longest, and the light transmittance will not attenuate.

The coating layer and glass in the roller coating process are combined through a sintering process. They will fall off in the high temperature and high humidity environment of the greenhouse. After cleaning with a cleaning machine, friction and wear will occur. Therefore, the etching process is better than the roller coating process. Coating process.

And our process is to temper first and then coat, so that the coating layer will not be damaged during the tempering process. Some processes are coating and then tempering. Since the coating layer and the glass are made of different materials and can withstand different temperatures, the coating layer may be damaged during the tempering process. This is also the reason why we do not use the roller coating process even though the cost of the roller coating process is low.

Finally, a picture summarizes our process:
